Nanotechnology They drag us away from our studies

The story of Nanotech dynamics began more than 12 years ago in Liberec. This is where most of our key people studied.

Intensive research and experiments during my studies brought breakthrough discoveries that opened our horizons to how established practices in various fields could be changed.

We wanted to transfer all our findings to the real world, so in 2020 we founded Nanotech dynamics, sro.

Ing. Luboš Komárek, MSc.

Founder and Business Development Manager

Luboš Komárek founded Nanotech dynamics, sro and determines its strategic direction. He combines technical education from BUT in Brno with economic and international perspective acquired in Lisbon. He developed his career in PR, business development and company management, where he has long been connecting technical innovations with business strategy.

He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, which strengthens the international dimension of the company's activities. His work is based on strong strategic thinking, the ability to lead teams across cultures and develop long-term partnerships. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the cluster organization NANOPROGRESS, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Endowment Fund Nano4hope, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the metacluster organization CEDEG and member of the board of directors National cluster associations.

Tomáš Janoušek is the heart and brains of Nanotech dynamics. As founder and CEO, he has been at the forefront of innovations that have changed the world of nanofibers for over 12 years. His deep expertise and passion for revolutionary technologies are woven into every project and drive our continuous progress.

During his practice, he played a key role in the development of world-class technological units for the production and processing of nanofiber structures. He combines technical erudition with a natural ability to lead expert teams, manage complex projects and develop the company's technological infrastructure. He is fluent in English and has been involved in the company's strategic and operational management for a long time.

Ing. Lucie Ligasova, Ph.D.

Research Manager

“What fascinates me about research is the moment when theory becomes a working solution. Only when science truly serves people does every experiment become meaningful.”

Lucie Ligasová leads the research activities of Nanotech dynamics, sro and combines technical precision with a vision of practical application of nanotechnologies. She focuses on the development of spinning devices and nanofiber structures, their standardization and application in biomedicine, cosmetics and industry. During her studies, she completed an internship at a prestigious American university, which deepened her international outlook and approach to research project management.

She has many years of experience in leading professional teams, managing scientific and research activities, quality control and crisis management. She is also active outside our company - she is a member of the Council for Research, Development and Innovation of the Liberec Region, manager of a cluster organization Nanoprogress, zs and managing director of Corione solutions, sro She speaks English fluently and has basic knowledge of Polish and German.

Karel Havlíček, Ph.D.

Karel Havlíček leads product development at the company. He graduated from the Technical University of Liberec, where he focused on the connection of nanotechnology and biotechnology. He has extensive experience in the preparation and management of research projects, product management and coordination of scientific and research activities.

He is also involved in professional publishing activities, laboratory auditing, quality management and connecting corporate and academic environments. In addition to his work at Nanotech dynamics, sro, he is a member of the Council for Research, Development and Innovation of the Liberec Region, an expert member of the Czech Water Association and a co-founder of two companies dealing with advanced technologies.

Kamila Janečková

Kamila Janečková works at Nanotech dynamics, sro as a PR specialist, connecting the technical world with the public. Thanks to a combination of economic and social science education, she is able to perceive communication not only as a marketing tool, but also as a strategic bridge between the company, partners and the media.

She is fluent in English and has basic German and Spanish. She has built her career in prestigious companies, where she was responsible for marketing, branding, internal communications and media presentation. Her work combines an eye for detail, professional demeanor and the ability to create long-term relationships based on trust.
